A change has been made to Customer Maintenance. A new Charge Status has been added called ‘Account Auto-suspended’. This is a stauts the system can automatically set a Debtor to based on how the ‘Debtors – Auto-suspend Overdue based’ is configured in Debtor configurations.
A customer will be set to this Charge Status if the configuration is set to something other than none and they have a balance in one of the configured periods. When they have nothing left outstanding in the configured periods the system will return them to the ‘Normal Credit Checks’ status the next time Debtor Aging is run.
