A new configuration has been added. The new configuration is called ‘Auto-Suspend Overdue based’. This will allow for the configuration of when the system will change a Debtor accounts Charge Status between ‘Account Auto-suspended’ and ‘Normal Credit Checks’ based upon the customer’s period balances.
The configuration can be set as:
- None – This will not check the balances to see if a change is required.
- Period 1,2,3,4 – This will set a Debtor to be Auto-suspended if they have a balance in period 1 through 4.
- Period 2,3,4 – This will set a Debtor to be Auto-suspended if they have a balance in period 2 through 4.
- Period 3,4 – This will set a Debtor to be Auto-suspended if they have a balance in period 3 or 4.
- Period 4 – This will set a Debtor to be Auto-suspended if they have a balance in period 4.
