Having trouble locating an invoice? It is important to note that there are two main methods of locating invoices.
The Debtor Invoice Search assists to locate invoices that are currently unpaid and you can search by either invoice number or dollar amount.
Limiting the range of invoices it is able to search for allows it to retain its functionality as a quick lookup tool. If you cannot locate an invoice here, it is not current.
To search by Amount, you will enter the amount as a dollar figure (100.00). To search by Invoice number, you will enter the complete number (12345).*
Alternatively, use the Invoice Maintenance Window and it’s qualifiers to locate the invoice in question.
