The Invoice Sales Journal has been modified to include new options, as well as remove the need for the user to answer the familiar reprint question with one of Yes, No or Abort.
The options within Invoice Sales Journal are now as follows:

The new option ‘Print Preview’ will print the Sales Journal as at the time of printing, without clearing the day. This can be run at anytime and does not require exclusive system use.

The modified option ‘Print, Store and Clear Current’ (previously ‘Print Current’) will no longer ask the user if they wish to reprint, but rather store the Sales Journal (for future re-prints) and then clear the day.

The new option ‘Re-print Stored’ will bring up a list of previously stored Sales Journals to facilitate re-printing previous Sales Journals. N.b. This will only show Sales Journals printed/stored from this update on.

‘Re-print Qualified’ remains unchanged.
