Wages Paid
A change has been made to how the Division, Location and Department Qualifiers work on a number of payroll reports. The report’s affected are:
- Employee Summary Report
- Division Summary Report
- Location Summary Report
- Department Summary Report
When the report is based on “Wages Paid” it will look at the historical data of what was processed in the qualified pay period for the selected employees. The report shows the summarised amount that was allocated to each Division, Location and Department in that pay period.
Total Gross Salary / Gross Cash Salary
A change has been made to how the Division, Location and Department Qualifiers work on a number of payroll reports. The report’s affected are:
- Employee Summary Report
- Division Summary Report
- Location Summary Report
- Department Summary Report
When the report is based on “Total Gross Salary” or “Gross Cash Salary” the report will look at the qualified employee’s Employee Maintenance record, and show the summarised amount of Total Gross Salary or Gross Cash Salary against the Division, Location and Department.
