New Module Added – Message Queue Maintenance

A new module has been added to the ACR System.  It is called Message Queue Maintenance.

This module has been created to be used to manage outgoing ‘messages’ from within ACR.  As an example, when a Supplier record is set to Output to DocX, and an order is subsequently created for that supplier, as this is an outgoing transmission, this will become viewable once printed in the Message Queue Maintenance screen.

If there is difficulty with the transmission, for instance internet connection is not working, then this module will keep attempting to transmit the data until it works.

If users select an entry, they will be able to select the “Display Selected” button to see further detail on the transaction.  These details may contain:

  • Transaction Type
  • Order Number
  • Account Number
  • Account Name
  • DocX ID
  • DocX Description
  • Source
  • Date
  • Operator
  • Created Date/Time
  • Status
  • Attempt Date/Time
  • Attempt Count

On this screen, users will then have the ability to be able to view the raw data of the transaction by selecting the “Message Text”
