An update has been made to the Product Index Form. The Product Index Form has been modified to include a sort function. The heading labels are now clickable buttons, which allow the user to apply sorting to string and numeric fields. With the first click, it will sort the field in ascending order, if clicked again, it will sort the field in descending order and then alternate each time the field is clicked.
These changes have been made to the following index forms, found within Index Form Configuration:
- Product index form (which is found within Product Maintenance)
- Product – Customer index form (which is found within Standard Invoice,etc)
- Product – Supplier index form (which is found within Order Entry by Supplier,etc)
These forms can be accessed when entering “?” or “/” within the Product ID field to search or list Products within the sales or ordering interfaces.
