An update has been released for the CRM (Customer Relation Management) window within Customer Maintenance. The CRM window has been modified to include:
- 10 new flags for Catalogue
- A new Catalogue Email Address field
The new Catalogue flags can be set to True or False and the Email Address entered will be validated when pressing OK.
These Flags can be used to allocate specific Catalogues to specific Customers. The Catalogues will be emailed to the address specified.
Report Generator
The new Catalogue flags are now reportable within Report Generator to see which customers are allocated which catalogues.
Export / Import Utility
The new Catalogue flags and Catalogue Email Address field can be exported from and also imported in to the ACR system via Export / Import Utility.
