An update has been released for Statement Message Maintenance and Statement eDoc Message Maintenance. A new Customer Type has been added, called ‘6-All Overdue Customers’. Users will now have the ability to target Overdue Customers separately. ‘Qualification’, ‘Debt Period’ and ‘Run Day No.’ are not available with this Customer Type.
Customer Type ‘6-All Customers’ has been renamed to ‘7-All Customers’.
Note:The Overdue status is determined relative to the system’s Debtor Configuration for ‘Account Overdue based’.
