An update has been released for Misc Configuration.
A new user group configuration “Conf/Desp Allow Carrier Change” has been added. A drop-down box is used to select the user group that you would like to have the permission to be able to change the Carrier within Despatch System and Confirmation System.
By Default this will be set to the “Everyone” user group.
