Keeping Customers In the Know

There are numerous ways in ACR to keep your customers informed and up to date. Whether it be from initially taking their Order all the way to it being delivered and beyond. Listed below are just a few communication methods built into your System.

SalesTALK

Within SalesTALK reps can enter in the Customer’s email address to send an Order Confirmation to them along with any personalised Order Notes. Once an Order has been keyed into SalesTALK and the rep has pressed Finish, the screen to enter these details is shown.

Track N Deliver

To allow your customers the ability to track and review the status of their delivery without having to contact your staff you can add the Proof of Delivery URL into the automated B2B advice emails. This can be configured in Toolbox>Configurations>Customer B2B Config.

Note: This is only applicable for sites using the Track-n-Deliver app.

Statement Message Maintenance

Personalised Statement Messages can be useful for many purposes, Chasing bad debt being the stand out. There is the ability to target individual Customers, Customer Price/Promo Groups, Customer Class, Overdue Customers or All Customers. This is most useful as the Debt Period selection will give you the power to have a stern message for Customers in Period 4.

Bulk Email

If you are looking for an efficient way to send information via email to multiple Customers/Suppliers then look no further then Sales>Tasks>Bulk Email. Once you have chosen the type, whether it be Customer or Supplier, you can then set the Qualifiers of whom you would like the email to be sent to. For example you can qualify Customers by Sales Person or Suppliers by Postcode, etc. After entering a from email address, subject, attachment(if required) and the body of the email; sending is just one click away!
