This new Menu Item will allow Users to bulk update Order Product ETA dates for a given Supplier. This is most useful when Suppliers send through an estimated arrival list so the User can then update each Product with one click, rather than finding each Order manually.
The User will key in the Supplier details and then as individual Product ID’s are entered the utility will find all open Orders in which each Product is still incomplete and attempt to update them. After the User enters the ETA and tabs across, the system will Update those Products and give a count of how many have been updated. The ‘Updated’ count may not match the ‘Total’ count in situations such as Locked Orders.
Note: After updating a Product, the system will also reallocate any Back Orders that exist for that Product.
