The Sales History Report has been updated. The report now has new ‘Current Information’ qualifiers (as well as 1 additional Historical Qualifier) so Users can choose to qualify the report using Historical Information or Current Information. By adding these new qualifiers you can ensure your report produces the most accurate data for your requirements.
For example, if reporting on Customers that fall into a specific Customer Category, the historical report would previously associate the Customer Category at the time the sale was made. If this Customer has been changed to a different category and a report was run by the new Category the Customer currently falls in, that previous Sales History would not be reported on. This however can now be achieved by qualifying ‘Customer Category’ from the ‘Current Information’ section of the qualifiers, so the Customers sales will show on the report.
The new qualifiers are;
- Current: Deliver To Customer
- Current: Bill To Customer
- Current: Customer Group
- Current: Customer Category
- Current: Customer Territory
- Current: Sales Person
- Historical: Stock Area
Note: Customer Class,Salesperson State and Customer Distributor Group work as they previously did and will qualify by current information.
