Customer Maintenance > B2B > Advices

Users now have the ability to send Advices to customers via SMS. This can be set in Customer Maintenance > B2B > Advices and applies to the following Advice option combinations:

  • ‘On Receipt’ and ‘Confirmation Advice’
  • ‘On Receipt’ and ‘Unable to Supply List’
  • ‘On Picking’ and ‘Confirmation Advice’
  • ‘On Picking’ and ‘Unable to Supply List’
  • ‘On Invoiced’ and ‘Confirmation Advice’
  • ‘On Invoiced’ and ‘Unable to Supply List’
  • ‘On Despatched’ and ‘Confirmation Advice’
  • ‘On Despatched’ and ‘Unable to Supply List’
  • ‘On All BackOrdered’ and ‘Confirmation Advice’
  • ‘On Delivery’ and ‘Confirmation Advice’
  • ‘On Delivery’ and ‘Unable to Supply List’

When any of the above Advices are selected and a mobile number added to the ‘Destination To’ field an SMS notification will be sent to the recipient.
