Head Office can now set Customer/Product combinations to exclude from Price Validation. This can be done by entering the Product identifier and Customer Identifier in to ‘Price Validation Exclusion Maintenance’.
When an Order is loaded into Price Validator that has an excluded Product listed, the system will ignore the pricing and continue with the supplied price regardless of if the user selects system/supplied pricing. If the Order has a mix of excluded products and also non-excluded products processed with system prices, the result will be set to ‘mixed price’.
