Never miss Printing Pay Advice Slips again!

Have you ever missed running the Pay Advice Slips? Does an Employee need another copy? At some point in time we have all been there! Well problem solved! ACR has updated the options for Printing the Pay Advice Slips. Users can now print Pay Advice Slips from the Payroll Menu in the following three ways.

The ‘Print Current’ option will print all Pay slips since the Auto Pay Control list was last run, however the re-print options will be available as soon as a Pay batch has been accepted.

The other options of Reprint by Date and/or Employee now gives Businesses greater flexibility to reprint Employees’ Pay Advice Slips when required. Pay Advice Slips are often requested by Employees for Financial companies and at times need replacing. This update is a great tool for achieving these outcomes.
