Within Invoice Configuration for Back orders, a new multi select box has been added called ‘Maintenance Global Search Fields’. This configuration will default to ‘ALL’ yet when manually configured, it will affect the available search parameters within Back Order Maintenance > Global Search, drop down field.
Furthermore, when using Global search, you can now use an extended search feature using the comma key between words. The feature only works within each searchable option yet allows sites to narrow down the search effectively, for example, if searching for a PRODUCT containing the word ‘fruit’ gives too many results, and you know it also has the word ‘nut’ in the description, you can search using ‘fruit,nut’ to narrow down the results.
