Multiple Delivery Addresses

Customer Maintenance

A Customer can now have multiple Delivery Addresses stored in Customer Maintenance. When the address type drop down is set to ‘Delivery’ a new box is available which will open a Delivery Address Maintenance Screen.

To add a new address from within this screen Users will click on the drop down box and select ‘New Delivery Address’. Optionally there is a ‘Description’ field in which Users can enter in a description of the address so they can differentiate between multiple entries. 

A Primary address must be set (using the tick box available) and addresses can be deleted by pressing File > Delete.

Invoicing

When a Customer is keyed into Invoicing, that has multiple Delivery Addresses set in Customer Maintenance, the below screen will appear where Users can select the appropriate Address.


Electronic Orders

 Customers that have multiple Delivery Addresses saved will have their Electronic Orders appear in front of an Operator (instead of auto processing if configured to) to select the appropriate Delivery Address. If the Customer is flagged to override Delivery details/override Address in Customer Maintenance > Web Data then the order can still auto process (if configured). 

Other

Only the ‘Primary’ Delivery Address will appear elsewhere in the system (POS,Report Generator, Export/Import Utility, etc…)
