When in Order Entry By Product, before the order completes, the system will check if the order total is greater than the Supplier ‘Min Order Amnt’ or the Supplier ‘Free in Store Amnt’.
If there are Supplier Orders that do not meet the required minimum values for either ‘Min Order Amnt’ or ‘Free In Store’, the Order Summary Screen will open. The Order Summary Screen will only list orders that do not meet the required values and users can either select Cancel or OK.
If users select Cancel, they will be directed back to the ‘Order Entry by Product’ screen to continue ordering.
If users select OK, the system will complete the orders.
