When in Order Entry By Supplier, before the order completes, the system will check if the order total is greater than the Supplier ‘Min Order Amnt’ and the Supplier ‘Free in Store Amnt’.
When the Total Order amount does not meet either values a warning message will prompt, and the user must then decide whether to Continue or not.
If users select No, they will be directed back to the ‘Order Entry by Supplier’ screen to continue entering the order.
If users select Yes, the system will complete the order.
