The Order Summary Screen has been updated to now include FIS information created within Supplier Maintenance > Order Details. This screen will only list those Supplier Orders that do not meet the required minimum values for either Min Order Amnt or Free Into Store. The Min Order Amnt column will display the value that the order does not meet. If it is Free in Store, the column will display the set value with ‘-FIS’ after. This will enable users to distinguish between the Minimum values and evaluate Order Totals.
When in ‘Order Creation from Min/Max’ and ‘Order Creation from History’, users that have the Display Supplier Summary ticked will be able to view this information.
Users can then select one of these orders to display, complete or Cancel to all. When Cancel is selected both the Supplier Order Summary and Order screen will close.
