Late last year we introduced Despatch Measurements into our Despatch System as an ACR only configuration. We have now changed this setting to allow sites to manage this configuration setting as part of the Misc Configuration > Despatch configuration screen.
By Default, this configuration will install as ‘By Consignment’, where by weight / measurements are entered as a total value. The other option (sites can change to) is ‘By Individual Carton’, this caters for Despatch Measurements to be entered by Individual Carton.
