A ‘Favourite Filter’ can be set per User so their favourite search filters will be remembered and stored.
The Favourite Filter settings can then be found in the ‘Options’ drop down within the new Order Maintenance.
- Create “User Filter”
- Load “User Filter” (Or bypass the ‘Options’ Menu and key in Ctrl+F)
- Delete “User Filter”
Once a User has applied the choices they wish to be remembered, select Create ‘User Filter’ from the drop down menu. The Filter has now been saved and the ‘Remember Filter Values’ tick box is no longer available. When users reopen Order Maintenance they are then able to apply the saved favourite filter by loading it from the options menu or using Control F shortcut.
The ‘Favourite Filter’ will save below fields :
- Column sort and direction
- Filter 1 with value
- Filter 2 with value
- Status
- Type
- Period
- All Dates
- Stock Area
