When using Stock Receipt Maintenance, if a DPS PDF has been linked to a transaction (Stock Receipt/ Delivery Docket) users will see a PDF icon. When users select the transaction to be displayed, the PDF icon will also show against the ‘Supplier Inv No.’ field.
From the Stock Receipt Maintenance Screen users will also be able to access functions within the DPS File Menu at the top of the screen. These functions include:
- Auto Process Upload, and
- Unlink a Document
