Employee Maintenance > Document tab

The Documents tab within the Employee Maintenance screen has now been updated to work with the new Document Processing System. This screen now shows a full summary and instant view of all documents via the Filter menu and the corresponding listed Documents that have been Manually Uploaded. Users can select a document enabling them to view the PDF file. Within the PDF viewer users can then download, print and email the document as desired.

From the DPS Screen users will also be able to access functions within the DPS File Menu at the top of the screen. These functions include: 

  • Auto Process Upload
  • Unlink a Document
  • Upload a Document
  • Remove a Document

Please note that the Payroll Officer needs to be fully aware that if they upload sensitive Employee Data into Google Drive then potentially non-payroll staff may see it. Therefore a message will also appear on the Upload window to remind users of this possibility.
