In support of the new User PIN functionality and to enable the system to correctly link Sale/Quote transactions to the correct User and their details within User Maintenance, we have adjusted the Salesperson Maintenance File Detail screen.
When Users select the ellipsis button […] the updated screen will now show a User ID and Name field instead of the previous Email address field.
If sites have their System set to use the Quote Configuration which allows sites to send a copy of a Quote Sale to the respective Salesperson, the system will check the Salesperson for the User ID details and in doing so will use the primary email address from the User ID set within User Maintenance.
Please note: 2 Salespersons can not be set for the same User ID.
