Within Product Maintenance a new field called ‘Maximum Sell Qty’ has been created behind the ‘Packaging’ button. Please note whilst this new field can be seen in all Product Maintenance forms it is only used in the Invoicing/Mail Order Systems.
When a value has been set for the ‘Maximum Sell Qty’, an invoice/mail order will not complete if the ordered quantity for the product exceeds the maximum value that has been set.
