Index Form Configuration > Menu item removed

In line with major improvements to our System Global Search functionality, we have removed the Index Form Configuration menu item completely.
On installation of the improved Search functionality, sites will automatically have their Search Columns updated based on the old ‘Index Form Configuration’ for Customer.
