In support of the new ‘Quick Employee Editor’ function, a new menu item called ‘Quick Employee Editor Configuration’ has been created. This Configuration will allow users to set the Employee detail parameters for available fields when using ‘Quick Employee Editor’.
The Configuration parameters are sorted into columns for fields that are Visible and /or Editable. If a field is set to not be Visible, then the Editable box will become Disabled/Dimmed. By default some fields within the Editable column will be Dimmed/ Disabled and will not be available to Edit.
- Visible – fields can be selected to be displayed or not displayed within the Quick Employee Editor screen
- Editable – fields can be selected to be editable or not editable within the Quick Employee Editor screen
Users should note that the Suburb and Postcode fields work in unison meaning the selection on one needs to match the other. A warning message will appear if not set correctly.
