The Despatch system will now use the new configuration ‘Available Months’, found within Misc Configuration DESPATCH when finding invoices. Only Invoices with a Transaction Date within the current month, or within the last {Available Months} months will be found. For example:
Current Month is April
- if the ‘Available Months’ configured is 2 then February, March and April transactions can be found.
- if the ‘Available Months’ configured is 1 then March and April transactions can be found.
Note: The new configuration ‘Available Months’ will also be used when displaying incomplete entries via command ;DSP
