Quick Customer Editor > Contact Email

In support of the recent changes to Quick Customer Editor and its Configurations, when creating a new customer via the Quick Customer Editor, and a Contact email is entered, the email address will then automatically be copied across and used within the B2B Advice ‘Destination To’ field. For sites using the Template option within Quick Customer Editor Configurations, the Template Customer must have B2B Advices configured accordingly. 

Note: This will only apply:

  • To the B2B Advices that are ticked on for the Template Customer
  • If the Template Customer selected does not have an existing email address set within the B2B Advices ‘Destination To’ fields.
