When Stocktaking Set Length Products, a slight change has been made. Once the Activate Stocktake screen has been qualified, an ellipsis box […]will appear against that product line. This screen differs slightly depending on whether the product is set to “Recording” or “Tracking”.
For Products set to Recording:
Users have a Count Quantity field to update the Total Counted figure. In the same screen, any lengths that are listed against the product are outlined below the Count Qty field. This allows users to modify the length quantities at the same time. The length quantities do not have to equal the Count Qty.
For Products set to Tracking:
The existing screen appears for Set Length Tracking Products. Users are required to enter in a count quantity for each set length, and each length must exist in the Product Record.
