Despatch System > Startrack Only – Charge Recipient’s Account

Two new fields have been added within Customer Maintenance> Deliveries to cater to charging consignments for Startrack to the recipients account opposed to the sender.

  • Carrier Output Account Type: Select the Startrack Account Type (as set in Despatch Web API> API Type Startrack)
  • Carrier Output Account No : Key in the Customers 8 digit StarTrack Account number.

When the Despatch Web API (StarTrack) is called, if the above new fields are set, this will instruct StarTrack to charge freight for the consignment to the Customer’s specified StarTrack Account.
