Invoice Configuration > ‘Show Clearout / Discontinued’

Within Invoice Configuration the new option of ‘Show Clearout / Discontinued’ has been created. This will allow sites to choose when staff are alerted by the Clearout /  Discontinued prompt.

The configuration has been created with the below options of:

  • None: This means that No Discontinued/Clearout alert message will be displayed to the Operator.
  • Adding Line: This means the following Discontinued / Clearout message will be displayed when the Product is loaded/keyed in. This was the system’s previous behaviour.

  • Completing Invoice: This means the previous alert message will not be shown when the Product is added to each line, the following message will be displayed when the Operator presses Complete.

  • Both: This means the alert message is displayed when adding the Product to the line and also when Complete is pressed.

In addition to the new warning symbol, sites can also choose when to alert their staff of the Discontinued/Clearout Product with the Discontinued/Clearout alert prompt. 

Note: Upon installation the new configuration will default to the ‘Adding Line’ option.
