In support of the new Invoice Configuration ‘Show Clearout / Discontinued’ where sites can choose when to alert staff of the Discontinued/Clearout Product with the Discontinued / Clearout alert prompt, there is also a new warning symbol.
Within Invoice Entry a warning symbol as pictured below will now appear at the end of the line if a Product has been marked as a ‘Discontinued’ and/or ‘Clearout’ item. Users can hover over the warning symbol with their mouse to show if the Product is Clearout, Discontinued or both. The message also states whether the Product has a Replacement Product and its Product ID.
