Within the Document Processing System (DPS) Configuration screen an email alert can now be configured. The email alert will be sent at a pre-set time to notify Users of any outstanding documents to be actioned within the DPS Learn Assist screen.
To configure an email alert navigate to Toolbox > Configuration>DPS Configuration where you can set the:
Learn Assist Email Address where the alert email will be sent
Learn Assist Alert Time for the system to check for outstanding documents and send the alert.(This will default to 6am)
Note: This will be run via Job Master and the Job Master timing will be updated from the Learn Assist Alert Time set within DPS Configuration.
