The formatting for B2B Configuration has been changed so that it is consistent across the board within ACR. Merge fields have been changed so that they use the Less Than ‘<’ and Greater Than ‘>’ symbols instead of square brackets ‘[‘ and ‘]’.

The message fields have also been increased in size to incorporate a maximum of 2000 characters.
