Conditions for Despatching Pallets and Cartons

The below conditions apply in order to allow Despatching Pallets with Cartons:

  • If ‘Carton Label Form’ is set, it is set to a supported option:
    • BEX – Zebra
    • STR – Zebra
    • Default – Dot matrix
    • Type A – Dot matrix
    • Type B – TTP
    • Type C – Dot matrix
    • Type D – Zebra
    • Type E – Zebra
    • Type F – Zebra
    • Type G – TTP
    • Type H – TTP
    • Type I – TTP
    • Type J – TTP / Zebra
  • If ‘Manifest Form’ is set, it is set to a supported option:
    • BEX
    • Default
  • If ‘Manifest Web API’ is set, it is set to a supported option:
    • ‘Despatch Web API’ that have ‘API Type’ set to ‘StarTrack’
  • If ‘Output Electronic’ is set, it is set to a supported option:
    • ‘Despatch Electronic Files’ that have ‘File Format Type’ set to ‘Border Express’
