User Maintenance > Entitlements

An employee’s ‘Primary Contact’ details are now visible under User Maintenance > Entitlements. The current name, phone number and mobile number listed within Employee Maintenance will be shown. By doing this it will make it easier for both employees and employers to make sure these details are up-to-date.

The other benefit from this feature is that authorised Administrators can also view these details allowing a quicker response in Emergency situations.

Please note: The heading will be labelled as the contact’s position if one is set i.e ‘Emergency Contact’, otherwise the heading will be ‘Primary Contact’.
