The ability to add an image to the bottom of Type B TTP Despatch Labels has been added to the system. A configuration called “Despatch Label Image Files (Applicable if configured)” has been added to Misc Configurations > Despatch Button.
This section allows users to set which image they would like to use by typing in the name of the file, including the extension, in the appropriate box for use with that Source. Users may have different images for different sources.
The following rules must be met for the image:
- The file must be a monochrome (Black and White) “pcx” file
- The file size must be 730 x 300 pixels.
- The file must be in a directory called ‘systemimages’ in your docs directory.
- Filenames are case sensitive and must exist.
After users select the Label Printer (enter the printer number), the configured images will be uploaded to the printer’s temporary storage for use. The areas that are affected are:
- Despatch System
- Confirmation System
- Picking Slips (RF Unit)
- Confirmations (RF Unit)
Note: Currently, only Type B TTP Despatch Labels are configured to print these images.
